the KGB club is an elite group of Brutes, lifting and throwing heavy balls of steel: kettlebells or giri. In Russian agriculture kettlebells were used as weights for balancing. The farmers start making bets on lifting the kettlebell. This street competition gradually grew into Girevoy Sport or Kettlebell Lifting. It provides an unique combination of strength and endurance which reflects the capacity of the old farmers. The KGB club is a strong physical answer to our society of mind workers.
